supports the introduction of same sex marriage in
Kenya.
In an exclusive interview with Radio Boston on
Saturday , Raila who is the opposition leader in Kenya,
said gay s and lesbians should be allowed to marry each
other because they are also humans.
He said homosexuality is as old as humanity and
Kenyans should accept it and move on with their daily
activities.
Raila said when he returns from the US, he will marshal all CORD leaders to
campaign on homosexuality countrywide.
There has been a high rise of homosexual numbers in Kenya and these
remarks by the former PM would not be taken lightly by Christians who form
90 percent of Kenya’s population.

On politics, Raila said he is y et to decide if he wants to run for President again.
Raila noted that after losing the last elections to the Jubilee team, he has been
busy doing workshops, public speaking, study ing and also teaching African
politics.
“I spend a lot of time reading at the library ,” Raila said
