Kibaki is dead! Social media at it again!

Yesterday night was social media was rocked with rumor that former president Mwai Kibaki had died in his Othaya home and taken the Lee Funeral home. The rumor was started by a local forums website called KenyanForums.

It  read...
Incoming news have confirmed the demise of former President Mwai Kibaki. Kibaki died at his Othaya home around 2 hours ago and his body has been airlifted to Lee Funeral home . Mwai Kibaki was born on 15 November 1931 . He was the third President of Kenya, serving from December 2002 to April 2013.
Further news have confirmed that he died due to high blood pressure and unavoidable stroke according to Kibaki’s  personal physician, Dr Gikonyo. It is a very sad day in Kenya because the former president will be remembered for introducing free primary education and subsidized secondary education.
We  will keep praying for the Kibaki family so that God can give them strength in the trying moments . Various leaders have started sending their condolences . ” Kibaki was a great leader and Kenya will miss him, let us emulate his legacy and change Kenya  ” Says a tweet from Aden Duale .
