say ing the planned CORD rallies are meant to seek views from Kenyans on
possible solutions to the many problems affecting them ahead of the y et to be
agreed national dialogue between CORD and Jubilee.
At the same time, Raila denied allegations that he is hell-bent on finishing
Nairobi Governor, Dr. Evans Kidero, politically for working closely with
Uhuru/ Ruto’s Jubilee.
This is after Kidero was booed, heckled and embarrassed right in front of Raila
Odinga at Uhuru Park on Saturday by CORD’s supporters but Raila didn’t do
any thing to save him.
The former PM noted that he instructed his CORD Governors, including
Kidero, to work closely with President Kenyatta’s National Government for
effective delivery of services and told them to respect him as President.
“I have alway s instructed my Governors to respect Uhuru and Ruto as
President and Deputy and accord them the respect they deserve whenever
they visit CORD Counties. Besides, I have told them to work closely with the
Jubilee Government,” said Raila
