REVEALED: Here is the letter allegedly sent by Joseph Kinyua from state house seeking arrest of Raila Odinga


 The spilled letter trying to capture Raila and CORD pioneers for conspiracy

This is a mystery letter that was purportedly sent from Statehouse by Joseph Kinyua. It holds thoughts from a National Security Advisory Committee (NSAC) meeting. In the letter, the NSAC needs to utilize the law on treachery with respect to prompting by Raila Odinga and his CORD partners
