City businessman, Jacob Juma, has urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to cut ties with his Deputy, William Ruto, if he wants to be re­elected in 2017’s Presidential Election. Sharing his sentiments through social media, Juma, who is also the Managing Director of Cortec Kenya said Uhuru should "divorce” Ruto and move forward because Ruto and his URP crew are the ones who are tainting his administration by engaging in corruption and graft activities.
“Fellow Kenyans, take it from me, president Uhuru is a gentleman and a great leader. Uhuru's disease is his 'wife', URP. He needs to divorce URP,” Juma said. He also said if President Uhuru Kenyatta is serious about corruption he should prosecute mongrels such as Energy Cabinet Secretary, Davis Chirchir, Labour CS, Kazungu Kambi, Agriculture CS, Felix Kosgey, and Lands CS, Charity Ngilu. Juma concluded by saying that if Uhuru partnered with former Vice President, Kalonzo Musyoka, corruption will be a thing of the past because Kalonzo fears corruption. “If Uhuru partnered with Kalonzo Musyoka, a man who fears corruption, Kenya's taxes will be safe, with his water melon character. My thoughts,” he said.
