WELCOME to R.Valley, URP tells Raila

 Jackson Mandago,the Uasin Gishu Governor,
who vowed during the Madaraka day never to allow the former .prime minister Raila Odinga and his CORD team to hold any political rally in Uasin Gishu county has now changed his stand.

While speaking to journalists,he said that he isn't opposing Raila's rally and he's even in the team organising CORD's big rallies in Eldoret town this comming week.

Insisting on the point,Mandago said that in fact his government is giving a hand in terms of logistics to organize Raila Odinga's succesful rallies. He went on noting that most if not all the governors in the R.Valley are not opposed and have no problem with the former prime minister's visits.

The rally that was to be held by CORD this week on Friday in eldoret was lately postponed to next week after Mandago pleading with CORD to give him a little bit more time to put all the things in place. This seems to be another blow to the assistantpresident william Ruto who now has a problem to ensure that Raila Odinga is kept off his backyard, where he has been the kingpin for sometime now.
