EXPOSING RUTO’s PA, FAROUK and what he does to female visitors at RUTO’s office.

According to the Kenyan Constitution, a State Officer
shall behave, whether in public and in
official life, in private or in association
with other persons, in a manner that
avoids demeaning the office that he holds.
However to Deputy President William
Ruto’s Personal Assistant, Farouk Kibet,
the above words are as useless as P in
psy chology .
Recently a female visitor, who booked an
appointment with Bett at his Harambee Annex House, was sexually assaulted by
Farouk when he tried to book an appointment to see Ruto.

The woman, who is on her mid 20s said she was touched indecently by the PA
who even caressed her breasts on the pretext that he will allow her to meet
Ruto thereafter.
The curvaceous lady also reveled that Bett even tried to force her fingers into
her “honey jar” but luckily a senior official from the Office of President
knocked on the door and this saved her from the randy man.
Angry and incensed by the incident, the woman tried to report the matter to
Ruto’s Head of Staff, Mary Keittany , but she was thrown out by Farouk’s
bodyguards.
Sources at the DP’s office said Farouk is among untouchable people in Ruto’s
office and he has been accused of severally intimidating and sexually
harassing female employ ees by touching their “sensitive body ” parts
indecently .
He even drives state of art vehicles with dozens of bodyguards at his disposal
