China offers World Cup ‘disappointment’ insurance

A Chinese insurance agency is putting forth World Cup “disappointment” arrangements to football fans wanting to secure themselves against the anguish of disposal from Brazil 2014 – yet there will be no relief for England fans.

 Ancheng Insurance, an organization with central command in the southwestern city of Chongqing, is peddling the approaches on China's ebay-like site Taobao.
