Treason! RAILA on his way to State House even before 2017 ‐ See this new development

The ongoing investigations against Supreme Court Judge, Philip Tunoi, over bribery allegations have taken an interesting twist after the Opposition demanded that former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, be declared President if Tunoi is found guilty. Speaking earlier yesterday, Mbita MP, Millie Odhiambo, said that a guilty verdict against Tunoi, who was among the Supreme Court Judges that upheld President Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory over Raila Odinga in the disputed 2013 President election, will show that a decision by five judges to uphold the election of Uhuru over Raila as President was unfair.

She noted that some Supreme Court judges could have been bribed by Uhuru and Ruto to rule in their favor over Raila going by the bribery allegations against Tunoi. “I want to tell the Judiciary that should Tunoi be found guilty of the bribery allegations, let them pack and Raila be declared President following the ruling they made after the disputed election,” said Millie. “This will actually show that the judges cannot be trusted and that maybe some of them were bribed by the Jubilee Government to influence the outcome of the case,” she added. Tunoi has been accused of receiving Sh200 million to deliver a favourable judgment in the election petition of Ferdinand Waititu against Nairobi Governor, Evans Kidero, in August 2014.
