He said if the court had permitted the 900 page oath to be investigated Raila Odinga could have been the President of Kenya and Uhuru Kenyatta and his Appointee , William Ruto, pioneers of resistance.
The Judge however kept up that strict established timetables on Presidential Election petitions ought to be stretched out from the current 14 day s to 3 months to give judges more of an opportunity to examine the confirmation.
