Activist Omtatah sues AG Githu Muigai for attempting to turn Kenya into a Kikuyu nation!

Okoita Omutata,civic society activist and Wyclife Gisebe yesterday took a step to seek justice by suing AG Githu Muigai for trying to to create a ‘Kikuyu ethnic hegemony’ in the country.

Today, July 1, 2014, Mr. Nyakina Wyclife Gisebe and I, have sued the Attorney General for promoting tribalism in his office and for establishing a Kikuyu ethnic hegemony in the senior management of the Office of the Attorney General, contrary to Articles 10, 232 and others of the Constitution.

The High Court (Justice Lenaola) has certified Petition No. 292 of 2014 as urgent and ordered it to be heard on July 10, 2014.
