President Uhuru Kenyatta has not been involved in any land grabbing case in Kenya in the fact that colossal tracts of land he possesses are a legacy from his father late Mzee Jomo Kenyatta.
However, he tops the list due to his Sh 9.6 billion Computer error Scandal when he was Finance Minister.
Here is the list with their scandals
1 . President Uhuru Kenyatta – The Sh 9.6 billion Budget Error Scandal (he
later clarified it and was absolved by the Parliamentary Public Finance
Council)
2. Deputy President, William Ruto - Grabbing 600 sections of land of area in Embakasi
together with previous Lugari MP, Cy rus Jirongo, Ngong Forest Land Scandal
furthermore the Sh 2.6 billion Maize Scandal with previous Prime Minister, Raila Odinga.
3. Kiambu Governor, William Kabogo - Grabbing plots in Ruiru, Thika and
Kiambu town and associations with some drug cartels.
4. Othaya MP, Mary Wambui - Grabbing Twiga Farm in Ruiru- 1 ,500 sections of land and
associations with some drug traffickers and ivory poachers.

6. Meru Senator, Kiraitu Murungi – The Anglo Leasing Scandal where Kenyans
lost Sh 56 billion.
7 . Previous Minister, Chris Murungaru – The Anglo Leasing Scandal where
Kenya lost Sh 56 billion.
8. Nairobi Senator, Mike Sonko- Grabbing land in Lavington, Nairobi and Kwale County .
